1.5 Million Cloth Masks Distributed to Citizens for Free

More than 1.5 million cloth face masks were distributed for free to citizens which is the initial stage of the city administration's program, on Wednesday (4/29).

"These masks are from small business actors in Jakarta. In total we have 20 million masks and its distribution is targeted to be complete in mid-May," expressed Amron Situmorang who is in charge of its distribution, when being met in a warehouse owned by PD Pasar Jaya, Pulogadung Industrial Estate, Cakung.

For technical distribution, he stated, was from the warehouse owned by PD Pasar Jaya in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate directly sent to urban village offices.

After that, the masks would be taken over to RT/RW to be distributed to locals.
